Starfield Release Date

The trailer for Starfield shows what you will be doing in the game. You will be ready to take off and explore other planets where humanity’s final journey begins. Now, the good part about this game is that there’s enough gameplay footage that shows important bits and pieces of the game. The gameplay footage takes directly to Kreet, a moon in the outer universe in the year 2330. You begin exploration by looking at the research facility that has been left over to rot.There are weird creatures that you will occasionally come across. You can choose to either ignore them or attack them if they cause any harm. Since you are in space, you will be wearing your space suit at all times. Starfield has 100s of universes with over 1000 planets all available to land, explore and fight around.
While exploring the research facility, you come across enemies that have been using the facility. You have to take all of them out.You can choose what weapons to carry as well as able to switch while fighting the enemies out. So far there are three in-game locations: Akila City, New Atlantis, and Neon. The story in Starfield will be based on the character that you pick as well as the choices that you make. So, not every mission or event will be the same for players who choose different characters.
Starfield: Character Creation And Customization
When you get to choose your character, you can customize every element of your character. Be it the face, hair, body type, and a lot of facial features that you can choose. Once the character is set up, you will have to choose your character’s background. There are so many backgrounds to choose from and each background has a set of three starting skills. You can also pick up certain traits for your character. These traits can either be an advantage or disadvantage for the character. There is no in-between.
Your character has several skills to apply and add as and when you level up and progress throughout the game. Coming to the tools and resources, you can craft a good number of weapons by making the best utilization of available resources. To collect and farm resources the game lets you build outposts. These outposts can be wherever you want them to be. Plus you can hire a team who will take care of the day-to-day work in the outpost.
Now, the game would be incomplete if it were not for spaceship creation and customization. Starfield lets you build and customize your spaceship plus even hire a team who will be working for you. Whether it’s the looks, colors, layouts, engine performance, shields, or weapons, you can change them all as you like. You get a lot of customization freedom when it comes to Starfield.
Starfield System Requirements and Platform
Starfield will be available for players to play on PC via Steam and also on the Xox Series X and S. The older generation Xbox One series will not be getting the game. The same can be said for the PlayStation 4 and 5. Starfield is an Xbox-exclusive game, hence the PlayStation has been omitted. However, you will be able to play the game if you own an Xbox Game Pass.
