@googlefiberhelp @googlefiber Just got a vm that my installation appt TMRW is cancelled bc y’all messed up. Unacceptable. Need internet to do job and school. Got nowhere with cust svc. Someone needs to fix this NOW.

If @Google really wants the #Pixel to be a success, they should upgrade the hold for me feature to also let the assistant cancel your @comcast service and switch you over to Google fiber! They would handily beat iOS for market share.

@mrice801 @googlefiber @googlefiberhelp I got Google to downgrade me to 1GB with a fiberjack and 1GB hardware instead of the 2GB SFTP module. I then ripped out the 1GB hardware which isn't WiFi 6 enabled and replaced it wkth a WiFi 6E mesh network and my fiber/network is now 100x more stable

@muratakyolresmi @googlefiberhelp Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

@ScottDrinksco*ke @googlefiber Hey Scott, curious what was the root cause of your issue? I’m having the same issue right now. No local outage and power-cycled and factory reset the fiber jack with no luck so my guess is it’s fried.

@hofftv Their 2GB service for Google Fiber has been so popular here that they ran out of hardware and suspended new accounts until later this year lol.Been using Google Fiber now for 3+ years, best thing ever.

@imanaudio My friend in Norwalk got google fiber just the other month. He gets nearly 500 mps up/down while I struggle to MAYBE get 10 on a clear day
