Our Amsterdam Central Train Station car rental branch is in the IJ Hall on the east side of the station. Follow the signs for IJ when getting off the train. Turn right at the end of the passage and you’ll find us near the stop for Tram 26. The return location is in Oosterdok Parking on Level 2. Follow the SIXT signs to our parking area.

I usually rent a car from Sixt at Amsterdam Centraal Station and every time I had a very positive experience. The office is easy to find and the rental process is always very smooth from start to finish. Office staff is always exceptionally kind and helpful, both the ladies and the gentleman.Cars always in top condition and clean, perfect for my trip. Pick up and drop off location is just 5min walk from the office, very convenient.I highly recommend this location and will definitely rent from Sixt again.

The rental process was seamless, and the car was in great condition. There was some roadworks surrounding the pickup area but Lydia from SIXT Amsterdam Centraal explained to us in great detail on how to get to the carpark to pick up the car so we managed to find it easily.
